Variable Help: Evaluation Mode Threshold and Hysteresis are calculated automatically and adjusted continuously, or whether they can be manually set to a fixed value. AUTO SET This is the default setting which should ideally be maintained. It ensures that the above parameters are optimized and adjusted continuously and checked at every decay compensation. MANUAL SET Use this setting only if it is absolutely necessary for your application and if you are aware of the consequences of manual input of fixed values. Incorrect entries that jeopardize the switching reliability can be compensated for only partially in this mode. Important: With manual input (MANUAL SET), the decay compensation has to be taken into account. Therefore, you must choose the time constant so large that it is valid for years to come and will not lead to incorrect switching. In the default setting (AUTO SET), the switching reliability is checked as well in the daily decay compensation.
