Variable Help: The MASS 6000 carries out signal processing using digital filtering. This technology allows sensor signals encumbered with noise to be filtered with different intensities. This applies to the mass flow measurement only. Setting 5 represents the maximum possible filtration and setting 1 represents the minimum possible filtration. Low filtering (setting 1) gives fast response to changes in flow and low immunity to noise. High filtering (setting 5) gives slow response to changes in flow and high noise immunity.
